At NegkoNails, I want you to have the best experience possible. Hence, I've outlined my store policies below to prevent any misunderstandings. Do read about them and contact me with any questions you have!
Shipping
Processing time for your sets are 1-2 weeks for custom and predesigned sets, and up to 3 weeks for mystery sets (unless stated otherwise!)
All orders will be shipped with tracked shipping, with the option to upgrade to insured shipping. If you do not upgrade to insured shipping, I will not be liable for packages once I have handed them off to the courier.
If the customer provided the wrong address, please message me ASAP, but I will not be held responsible if. the parcel has been dispatched. Re-shipping costs due to returned parcels will be borne by the buyer.

All items are packaged with plastic-free or reusable items. Please recycle, reuse, or compost whenever possible! Let's do our part to save the earth 🌍💖
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of the product, returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with your product, do message me and I will try to resolve it with a full/partial refund or a replacement.
Please note that sizing is your responsibility. I will not provide a refund or replacement if the nails are the wrong size, or if it is too long/too short. If you're unsure of your sizing, do order a sizing kit! Purchasing spare nails due to the wrong sizing tend to be more costly than purchasing the sizing kit.
